cowbell THE W.O.D (Workout Of The Day)

Hey it's Labor Day so we decided to throw a short but sweet one at you.
Some of you may be a little hung over from too much weekend, but try to
pull your self out of bed and get a great workout in to start the national day
of rest to all that labor!
We are only running two classes today, but this one can be done in heats if
need be, and the only way we would have to do this is if a class got over 15
athletes.
By the way, I will be there tomorrow! Can't wait to see you all!

Warmup
3 minute EMOM
1st minute 10 burpees
2nd minute 10 burpees
3rd minute 10 burpees plus.
What ever you get in the plus is your score as long
as the 1st and 2nd minutes are completed.

Mobility
IT band rollout 1' a side.
Lat rollout 1'a side.
