Hope everyone had a blessed Thanksgiving.  Today we only have two classes!  First class at 9AM and the second class is at 10AM.  Make it out and burn off some of those extra calories you consumed on Thanksgiving Day.

Warm up
Run 400 m.
Then group warmup with Tabata Quicky.
Squats, Jumping jacks, Push ups, and REVERSE burpees! 
Rinse and repeat for eight round Tabata.
